Rua das Pretas is an international music gathering of friends, wine, song and stories born in the house of brazilian singer songwriter Pierre Aderne in Rio De Janeiro and Lisbon, where he used to have in his living room fellow artists such as: Tito Paris, Caetano Veloso, Anna Maria Jopek, Gilberto Gil, Melody Gardot, Antonio Zambujo, Brian Cullman, João Barradas, Carminho , Philippe Baden Powell,Tanner Walle, David Linx, ...

It's a music that is passed from hand to hand amongst friends and fellow artists, kept alive by the holy communion of song and story. Since 2017 Pierre Aderne brought Rua das Pretas Gathering every Saturday to a beautiful 18th century palace in Lisbon, blending Fado, Bossa Nova and Jazz where more than 3.000 people from all the world attended . In 2019 Rua Das Pretas started touring with an alternative concept bringing audience to the stage of beautiful European theatres starting at mythical Coliseu dos Recreios in Lisbon, keeping the same intimacy. The stops stops included in Paris, London, Berlin, Madrid and New York City .
